  • Personalised & handmade products: Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for standard orders, or 2–3 working days for production with our express service, before delivery.
  • Delivery charges: Standard delivery starts from £4.50, with express options available at checkout.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns of eligible, unused items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return items within 30 days.
  • Personalised and made-to-order products cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
