We know how exciting it is waiting for your Nellie’s order to arrive, so we’ll always do our best to get it packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Processing &
Dispatch Times
For in-stock, non-personalised items, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–4 working days.
Our personalised and made-to-order products require a little extra time, as they are created especially for you. Please check the individual product page for the estimated making and dispatch time.
If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, your order may be dispatched together once all items are ready.
During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
UK Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order:
Small Parcel — £4.50
Medium Parcel — £7.00
Large Parcel — £10.00
Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch.
The appropriate delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined weight of the items in your order.
Express Delivery
Need your order a little quicker? Express delivery is available at checkout:
Small Parcel Express — £10.00
Medium Parcel Express — £15.00
Large Parcel Express — £20.00
Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Please note that selecting Express Delivery speeds up the delivery of your parcel once it has been dispatched. It does not reduce the production time of personalised or made-to-order products.

If you need your order for a birthday, special occasion or particular date, please email us at info@nellieskeepsake.co before placing your order.
We’ll always do our best to help, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates unless this has been agreed with us beforehand.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather or particularly busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation so you know your Nellie’s parcel is on its way.
