All items are made to order and may take up to 1 week to turn around. 2 Weeks at peak season (Christmas)
If you require something sooner we offer express cutting and shipping when in checkout that takes 2-3 days cutting and next day delivery after its been cut.
Exchanges
Nellies Wooden Workshop does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Nellies Wooden Workshop will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by Nellies Wooden Workshop e.g the wrong size to what you have requested, a word or name has been spelt incorrectly. Please contact us via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer e.g you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement.

All our products are handmade one piece at a time, using carefully sourced materials. It is therefore impossible to make identical items. Every effort is made to create only the best. However, there will be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws.
